September 27-October 1

Japanese:
Practice hiragana a, ka, sa, ta, na, and ha columns.
Go to our Japanese page to print out hiragana writing practice pages and blank Japanese paper or ask me for copies in class.
Go to Real Kana to practice with flash cards online or make your own flash cards.
Practice translating the following words into romaji for Friday's quiz. You can use your hiragana chart.

Translate the following numbers into English. You already know 1-3, and 10. The numbers 4 (四) and 5(五) are new this week. がんばってね!

Due Wednesday- 2.1 ACE 1-3, and 46-48 required
Due Thursday- 2.2 ACE 4-11 required, 59-64 extra credit
Due Friday-2.3 ACE 12-23 required, 65-69 extra credit

Enrichment Projects:
  • Upload you Word documents and PowerPoint presentations to your EdModo account. You will then be able to share your work during our morning Chautauquas or on our classroom news site.
  • I'm starting to hear from people about possible topics for their positive change projects. Keep thinking, asking, and exploring. Remember, it should be something you are interested in pursuing and have a passion for. You can begin uploading some of you ideas and resources to your EdModo page.
